Lady’s Finger Fry.

Lady’s Finger usually takes a lot of time to cook when we follow the old method of cutting into small pieces and frying it . But this method not only consumes mush little time but also a gives a different taste and takes little oil.
Lady’s finger ½ kg
Onion 2
Tomato 2
Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
Dhaniya Powder 1 tsp
Hing ½ tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Urad dAL 1 tsp
Curry leaves few
Salt and oil
Wash Lady’s Finger and pat it dry. Cut into four pieces in a crossed way so that we get sharp edges. Cut onion and tomatoes. Add oil in a non stick pan . Mustard seeds, Urad dal can be added now, Then fry onion till it gets transparent. Add tomatoes, Red chilly powder, Dhaniya powner, hing and salt . Saute well. Add little water , and you will get a gravy . To this add lady’s finger and mix well. Cook in a open pan in slow fire . When the vegatables get cooked add curry leaves and serve.
