Cut pumpkin and remove the skin beforehand . Cut the pumpkin into slightly big pieces as it will be easily mashed . Cook moong dal in a cooker or micro wave oven .Mash it well. Cook the pumpkins in open vessel with little water . When it is cooked add the dal. Meanwhile grind coconut, green chilly and cumin seeds into a fine paste . Add this to the pumpkin. Add little salt , curry leaves and temper with mustard seeds and urad dal . Perfect cool dish.
