This is the latest entry to our house and is a must in our menu at least once a week. My husband learnt this from his aunt( maami) and we now are addicted to its taste . Yellow capsicum is rich in antioxidants and so we can double enjoy this .
Yellow capsicum -2
Lemon juice – ½ lemon
Green chilli -1 (optional)
Method: Wash the capsicum, De seed it and cut into small pieces . Add lemon juice, green chilli and salt . That’s it .We get a colourful salad .
