Wraps are ideal for breakfast or also when we travel. . i have started making wraps recently only and i like to create many wonders in this . Garlic wrap. Plain wrap and wholemeal wrap are some options available in the market . The boring bread can be replaced by wraps and we can add any vegetable or curry or sauce or chutney to this and make the beginning of our day wonderful. While eating the wrap it is best to fully open the aluminium foil and eat the wrap as we are prone to eat the foil when we do not remove it .
Basic procedure is the same .
Heat the wrap in a non stick tava for few seconds , it will have brown spots when cooked. Quickly transfer it to a cut aluminium foil and spread sauce or chutney on it and add vegetables on this. Wrap gently and then cover with a foil. The vegetables, Foil , Sauce should be kept ready so that we can do the wrap in a jiffy .
