My Mother’s recipe and an easiest one . i usually make it on Krishna Jayanthi . This is the only sweet we needn’t worry about the consistency and just do without any tension.
Mash the banana and add to the wheat flour. Add cashew to the flour and mix well. Melt jaggery in hot water and strain it to remove impurities and again boil the syrup. Let it thicken slightly. Now add this syrup to the flour and mix well. The consistency should be like thick Dosai Maavu . Heat oil in a kadai and pour the dough in a round ladle .Fry in slow fire till golden colour comes. Drain the excess oil in a tissue paper.
