Infusing nutrients in food for growing children is a biggest challenge. Our pestering to eat dates and almond doesn’t seem to touch at all. To make them eat all in one go i made this milk shake so that my daughter can enjoy her book while sipping this milk shake.
Dates – 3 or 4
Milk – 1 cup
Soak dates and almond in hot water .
After 15 minutes remove the skin of almond and blend dates and almond in a mixie .
When the mixture is smooth add milk and blend.
Cool and serve . No need for adding sugar.
