Carrot juice is healthy, good for eyes and rich in ……. There may be many reasons but one simple reason why we can opt for carrot juice is we need not add extra sugar and thus reduce calories .
It is easy to make and we regularly do it in our house. Squeezing a lemon on top or adding celery with carrot was our regular choices. But to make it different i added radish and added water melon pieces on the juice to make it more richer and healthier. Those who find Radish taste strong can reduce its quantity and squeeze a lemon on the juice and enjoy.
Carrots and radish are to be blended and the juice is taken . To it add water melon pieces and serve chilled . Adding Lemon juice , Half of radish are the variations .
