Ginger helps in digestion . We can use this an accompaniment for any dish including Pesarattu.

A big ginger, 3  red chilli, 2 tsp urad dal fully fried in oil

And grinded with salt will make this magic ready .

Adding jaggery and coconut while grinding is our own choice .

If you find it strong add a dash of Gingelly oil on the thuvaiyal  and eat with pleasure
