Golden Paneer Pouches

i came upon a cookery  book in the library and the first recipe which caught my attention was this Golden Pouch only as i had long awaited for this recipe and the shape attracted me. i used frozen paneer and so i couldn’t grate , so the filling was bigger in size and the product was of large size that eating even two was filling that i skipped Dinner . But when we use fresh panner and make into small pieces we can get 20 as given in the recipe. The outer covering has to be done carefully neither too thick nor thin as it tends to break when it is thin .Other than that this is a very good recipe as we can omit potato, make this in a jiffy and attractive to kids too.

Serves 20 pieces
