This is another recipe i made from a recipe in a book(Baking -Pageone) The first choice of my children when i showed them the pictures was this recipe only . Later i realised that everyone wants to separately relish and have choice in life that is why this recipe which gives the delight of separate cups is selected and enjoyed by us . Well i did not use the exact amount of dark chocolate as i had just 2 bars of 40 gm dark chocolate and i skipped the two egg yolks too. i am later going to try this with silken Tofu omitting eggs . For this recipe,the result is – it is excellent and we can give our self a treat on special days . Yummy, tasty Gooey Chocolate pudding is here.
All purpose flour -2 tsp
Salted Butter – 8 tbls (120 gm )
Super fine Sugar( Caster )- ½ cup
Eggs – 2 large
Egg yolks – 2
Dark chocolate – 125 g
Preheat the oven to 400 degree F(200 degree C). Grease four ramekins with 1 tbls butter and sprinkle with a little sugar , shaking out the excess .
Melt the chocolate and remaining 7 tbls butter in a double broiler over simmering water . i used a microwave oven at a lower temperature.
Beat the eggs, egg yolks and remaining sugar in large pa bowl with a n electric mixer on high speed until pale and thick. i just hand whipped .
Use a spatula to fold the chocolate mixture into the flour into beaten eggs . Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared ramekins . Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until set . Serve warm . i preferred to cool it as wanted to wade way the warm temperature
