Paneer Peas Tomato Gravy.

Yet another day that is boring with the normal cooking and chores.Nothing special means life too is becoming sluggish. So a sudden thought to rejuvenate my blog and a quick glance in the internet gave me an inspiration to make this .Yes good and simple as usual with richness of cashew.

Ingredients :

Paneer – 1 cup

Cooked peas- 1 cup

Tomato – 2

Onion -3

Garlic – 4 flakes

Kasoori Methi – 1 handful

red chilli powder – 1tsp

Garam Masala powder – 1 tsp

cashew – 5 pieces

Orange colour – a pinch

Salt

Method:

Fry onion, tomato, ginger in oil and grind it when cool . We can add cashew while grinding. In a pan add  this paste and saute well. No need to add oil as cashew contains oil . Saute well. Add  chilli powder , garam masala powder, orange colour , salt . Add paneer pieces and peas . Cover and cook for  10 to 12 minutes . Finally squeeze the kasoori methi in your palm and add. Cream can be added if desired.

Tip: If needed can fry paneer in oil and add.
