Soak tamarind in water . Cut small onion and tomato into small pieces. Cut drumstick into finger
size.. Add oil in heavy bottom vessel . Add mustard seeds and methi seeds. After it splutters add the
Sakthi Kuzhambu masala powder . Saute well . Then add squeezed tamarind juice and
Drumsticks. Cover and simmer. When it becomes thick add salt and curry leaves. Ground coconut
into a fine paste and add to the kuzhambu Bring to boil for few minutes .
Aromatic vatha kuzhambu is ready.
