Orange Cup Cakes.

Orange , whoever does not love orange flavour .The idea of incorporating Orange flavour in cupcakes is awesome and for the class party which i had mentioned i made this too  and the taste was pretty good . The recipe is adapted from http://www.bakingmakesthingsbetter.com.

All purpose Flour – 1 3/4  cup
Sugar -1 cup
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder -2 1/2 tsp
Large Eggs – 2
Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
Orange Juice – ½ cup

Orange colour -1 /2 tsp

Unsalted Butter – 100 gm 

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 degree and line  the  cupcake Trays.

Blend  butter, sugar, vanilla essence and eggs together.

Mix Flour, baking powder , salt together.

Mix both well ,in between adding the orange juice.

Pour  the batter in the muffin tray.

Bake for 15 minutes.
