Traditional Short Bread and The Mother’s birthday.

036035

It is The Mother’s Birthday today and i was short of thoughts to make  something for Her . As time passed i  felt i should make something and this prompted me to do a search. All were Indian desserts and so i thought of baking as my kids too will love them. Then  i remembered the library book i had in my hand and the first recipe attracted me. Simple and easy. Only thing was i felt i could not make it into  rectangles . So i used a cookie cutter and hence the shape. Hence traditional short bread transforms to heart shapes.
