Sesame Mushroom Kuzhambu.

Again mushroom and after seeing a post in raks space i bought a packet of mushroom but for lunch i was a bit hesitant to make Gravy so i switched over to a Kuzhambu and searched google and added and forgot some yet got a master piece . Now for the recipe.

 Ingredients:

For the Gravy:

Mushroom (White button )- 1 packet

Bay leaf -1

Cinnamon -1 small piece

Cloves-1

Salt

Oil

Coriander leaves -2 tsp

To roast and grind:

Onion -2

Tomato -2

Garlic -5 flakes

Ginger -1 /2 inch piece

Red Chilli – 3

Green chilli -2

Sesame seeds – 1 tsp

Peanuts -1  tbs

Grated Coconut  -1 tbs

Black Pepper -1 /2 tsp

Fennel  seeds  -1 tsp

Cumin seeds  -1 tsp

Method:

1. In a kadai add a tsp of oil and fry the ingredients in the given order sesame, Groundnuts,  pepper, Fennel, Cumin, onion , tomato, ginger, Garlic, chilli , coconut till light brown.

2. When cool add little water and grind to a fine paste .

3. In another kadai add oil and the  fry the bay leaf, clove and then add the mushroom and fry well. Then add the ground paste and salt and allow it to boil for 10 minutes .

4. Finally add the coriander leaves and serve with rice or any Tiffin.
