Paneer is Indian cottage cheese and a good source of protein. It has a smooth texture and it can be added to vegetable curries instead of coconut . Wraps made out of Paneer gives a spicy taste.
Ingredients :
Paneer -1 cup
Onion -1
Tomato -1
Red Chilly powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder -1 tsp
Spring Onion – few
Shredded Cabbage – 1 cup
Salt and oil

Method: Heat oil in a kadai and if needed add saunf. Then fry onion and tomato. Add all powder and salt . Add paneer . Add little water and cover it . The paneer will soften after few minutes . Garnish with spring onion. Spread on cooked wrap along with cabbage and roll in aluminium foils .
