Surfing various blogs Baking interests gripped me at the same time i wanted to bake something useful and good for health. Bread is a common food in many houses and without the rich cream or too much sweet as on cakes Bread makes our Breakfast Healthy if stuffed with the right ingredients. So i collected things necessary for baking bread and started . i think i will never stop with this and one day i will stop my family from eating store bought Bread .
Ingredients:
Plain Flour – 3 cups
Dry Active Yeast– 1 tbls
Sugar – 3/4 cup
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1 tbls
Milk – 1 1/2 cup.
Method:
Warm milk and allow it to cool to lukewarm temperature.
Mix flour, salt, sugar and yeast .
Then add the milk and knead well.
If it is sticky apply some oil and knead well. Now set the dough to rise for 1 hour .
After 1 hour punch down the dough and fill it in a tray and again allow it to rise for half an hour . Then it is baking time. Bake for 20 minutes at 250 degree. Cool the baked Bread and slice into the thickness we prefer.
mever thought baking a bread can be so easy. but i dont have an oven, will a MW help

yes i ve tarla dalals recipe for MW brownie and i bake nankatais too, or similar cookies with some flour, sugar and olive oil or ghee or butter., pl share the cup cake recipe, but without eggs
